Texas Governor Rick Perry is determined to sweep this one under the rug..One of a Governors duties is to make sure the state he governs in does not get sued...It is inevitable in this case...The State of Texas fabricated evidence, as did Todd's ex wife-the Mother of the 3 girls..Perry and the State of Texas will hide behind the protection of Crown Rule, the Mother should be brought up on perjury charges, at the very least..
Activists and Advocates keep screaming for Justice in this case...There will be no Justice here, it was stolen from Todd by the State of Texas..For there to be Justice we need to have a pshyical presence to work with..Only his name can be cleared now and perhaps that will lead to closure..Anger takes longer to go away..
States should never get into the business of killing their own citizens, it sends a convulated message to the rest of that states citizens...The Death Penalty in America needs to be abolished, but it will have to be done state by state...America cannot be considered to be a civilized nation until it is gone..We have prisons that can hold inmates indefinately, so when the Death Penalty is applied it is going further than needs to be..It is extracting revenge..
